Addressing ongoing harassment against staff of horseplaytoys Sept-2025

Recently it has come to our attention a small group of a people who have continued to engage in abuse and harassment of our staff. We will ban from business anyone engaging in this type of behavior. This includes any type of attempts to berate, intimidate, or coerce us into agreements we do not wish to engage with for artist inquiries or business relationships. 

We are currently addressing some of these concerns in court by sending a series of cease and desist letters as well as restraining orders (with approval from a judge) against some of the worse actors. 

We have a 0 tolerance policy for harassment against anyone involved in horseplaytoys. We will not accept any appeal once this decision has been made you will be notified and thus ignored as a result and if that does not work further legal action will be taken. 

We are here to have fun and anyone who tries to stop us from being part of this community can and should face whatever action the court grants. A number of slander cases, interference with business, and other actions have been taken against those who have made attempts to hurt us. If there is something you wish to speak about, doing so in private and with an open mind to our process is what i would suggest. You might be surprised to learn, we are human too.
