RE: NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST

Dear Dr. Joseph Petkiewics and Phd. Dirk Steffen and all others working under the name horseplay inflatables llc.
Please accept this correspondence as a formal notice to cease and desist all defamatory, harassing, fraudulent and disturbing activity within 5 business days.
A number of attempts have been made to resolve amicably. Regarding a past product injury and defective items sold by horseplay inflatables llc. Damages have risen to an estimated 4000 us dollar amount total. Including, item’s not received, defective items. Defamatory statements and actions taken by horseplay inflatables staff. Medical bills for resulting injury. As well as psychological stress and emotional damage.
The nefarious actions you sought and continue to undertake against Nino Joseph Ruisi aka horseplaytoys, not only constitute tortious interference with Horseplaytoy’s business, and terms of use, but also constitutes fraud and misrepresentation. Therefore, the aforementioned conduct is actionable under
§847.011 3rd degree felony of dissemination of obscene materials.
Florida Statute § 831.032 misdemeanor false advertising as a means to promote.
Knowingly and willingly selling or possessing with intent to distribute counterfeit goods.
Communications fraud: Engaging in a scheme to defraud and obtain money or property using mail, telephones, or electronic means.
Tampering with a consumer product:Tampering with a consumer product or its labeling with reckless disregard for placing others in danger can be a felony of the first degree.
Cyber stalking
Breach of privacy
Mishandling personal information
Negligence and ignorance of state and federal laws
If horseplaytoy’s is forced to commence a lawsuit in order to address these intentionally disruptive and damaging actions, be advised that we will seek recovery of all attorneys' fees and costs incurred herein as a result. While we certainly hope this is not necessary, we are prepared to viciously pursue whatever avenues are necessary on our behalf to ensure their business operations continue uninterrupted. Further, upon any discovery of such activity, such will be reported to federal and state law enforcement, or appropriate authorities.
Including: breach of private information. Attempting to harass individuals on Shopify platforms, violating shopify terms of service for consumer protection. Continued harassment or further contact within shopify systems. Unauthorized access to shopify data or personal information gained during malicious breach of inflatevids.xyz orchestrated by an insider.
We demand that you immediately cease any and all conduct aimed at disrupting or harming Horseplaytoy's business operations. This includes using legal counsel to intimidate and create false records.
We demand proper care be taken with any and all customer accounts including ones that cross over or coincided with our own. Not limited to modifications to horseplay inflatables terms to adhere to shopify terms.
We demand all private information be removed in accordance with the GDPR. This specifically includes any and all 3rd party shopify apps.
We demand a reasonable time frame and status to resolve be given for previous issues between horseplaytoy‘s and horseplay inflatables.
We demand any and all attempts at misleading or misrepresenting horseplaytoy’s customers cease at once upon receipt. Including harassment, stalking and slander on any social media platforms.
